Jason arrived on time and was prepared for a long, wet day of digging for a broken pipe. He was professional, friendly and motivated - despite dismal weather. Working with my husband, they were able to find the broken pipe. Due to the fitting requiring a specialized (and expensive) tool, we will need to hire a plumber to do the final repair. Having Jason's help with digging and locating the break was truly a blessing! Thanks so much for your help. :D

Carlton replaced my water heater and garbage disposal. He completed both jobs in less that 3 hours and that includes the extra work cutting and fitting pipes and power cord and cleanup. He came prepared with all the necessary parts and equipment to complete the work. He was pleasant and personable and answered all my questions promptly and courteously - and I had a lot of them. I will hire him to come do a couple more jobs and can recommend him without hesitation.

I posted this job late last night and Scotty replied within minutes. I had two sinks that needed repairs. On one, the faucet was leaking from the top and on the other, water was pouring out from below the sink onto the floor. Scotty was very responsive, gave me a super-reasonable quote that night and showed up at the time that he had promised. Once he got here, he looked at both sinks and knew exactly what to do. The one that was pouring water all over the floor needed a new drain so he went to Home Depot to pick on up. He was back quickly and fixed both problems within just a few minutes. He also purchased a drain made out of metal, rather than the cheap plastic on that he replaced. Bottom line, he is now my new plumber! He charged what he said he would charge, didn't charge for the trip to Home Depot and didn't mark up the price of the replacement part. HOW REFRESHING!

Bladimir & Fransys came out to our house to review the work required (remove patio door & replace with Sliding door) and provided quote to perform the work. Once the materials were bought, Bladimir & helper came and helped to pick up door from local store. They removed the existing damaged door & replaced with sliding door. He also replaced the outside & inside trims since we couldn't reuse existing ones due to size difference at no additional cost. Baldimir was also very kind to replace a leaking faucet on the exterior of the house without charging extra. The door looks Great and brings in lot more light into the house. Overall we are very satisfied with his Work, Honesty, Kindness & Professionalism. We would highly recommend Bladimir & crew! Thanks, AJ & Sonia

The pipe that my washing machine drains into kept overflowing. It was an ongoing problem for a few months on and off. I was able to schedule my appointment for the same week. He arrived on time and fixed our problem within an hour by using an electric snake. It has been a few weeks and the problem is still solved!!! Was able to text him which is great for my busy schedule.

They are awesome! Connley got in touch with me in less than 24 hours from posting the job and started installation of my grinder station the next day! He called me regularly with updates and even called all the companies to come inspect it when he was done! Very stress free for me!

We are very pleased with the look of our bathroom. Felipe was easy to work with and did his best to make sure we got the design we wanted. We received quotes from several contractor between $8,500 to $43,000. Felipe quote was not the lowest but in the range we thought was reasonable for our size bathroom. Our project had several set backs which were no ones fault: The tub filler we selected had a design flaw, which required some redesign. The sink drains didn't work the way we hoped and had to order replacements. The tub showed up with a crack and we had to order a replacement. Felipe worked with us through each issue and did his best to guide us to a solution. One of the great things about working with Filipe was the fact he knows some very good subcontractors. The company he recommended to do the show glass, did a great job at half the cost other companies quoted for the same work. Plus we got a lifetime warranty on the glass and workmanship. With every project there's always the 90/10 rule. 90% of the work is straight forward and fairly easy to complete. The rest of the work is more tedious and requires time. There were a couple of areas I thought the work could have been better: The pony wall tile was not cut straight and left ragged grout edges (picture). The retexturing could have been better if not rushed (picture). The caulking around the tub, particularly behind the tub was very poorly done. For the price, I really don't have anything to complain about. This was our first project hiring a contractor to do a project. We learned some important lessons. 1) Create a check list of work items. This will help make sure there are no disagreements on what is and isn't part of the contract. 2) Inspect the work regularly. It's only your fault if the works not done correctly. 3) Don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction. 4) Get everything in writing including the warranty. I can't say enough how happy we are with the new bathroom. I have other property in Austin and I will use Felipe for future projects.

Jose came out and checked out our problem in the attic. It wasn't even a pipe issue like we thought, but he helped us figure out exactly what needed to be done. Thanks so much--we'll be calling him again!

Chad responded quickly with a highly competitive offer. He was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. In addition to fixing our problem, he also did a review of our other sinks, water softener and two hot water heaters. He called with an overview of his findings, but was not pushy about repair work. His professionalism was exemplary and we will be using him again for our plumbing needs! Thanks, Chad! And thanks Thumtack!!

Ben installed a premium Rinnai tankless water heater. He responded within hours of my request for service and was on the job replacing my dead water tank within 18 hours. Considering I couldn't get any service for weeks from several plumbers, and another strung me out for a week promising "tomorrow . . . tomorrow " with no follow-up Ben was the complete opposite. He does as he promises and was on time. I should also add that his assistant was polite, bright, and personable. This was not a simple job. My old tank wouldn't drain without special effort. (And he took it away with him.) Using the existing vent hole (with a newer/bigger vent) would require (steep) roof walking. Gas pipe extension and working with poorly configured electrical would have driven most installers into excuses, delays and added costs. This project was done in a very long day; Ben wasn’t leaving without completing the job. And, with not a penny of added costs. Integrity is hard to find these days. After a long day sweating in my attic Ben took the time to show me how to clean out unusually difficult-to-remove faucet aerators blocking my water flow. This is the guy you want to hire for the jobs no one else will do.

We had a complex under ground leak situation at our house. Jim was able to provide a quick diagnosis of the problem, find the leak and provide a free estimate. He was also knowledgeable about old pipes which were out of code. Jim spent several hours looking for the right parts for fittings. He provided short and long term solutions and estimates for both. Moreover when the right parts were available he resorted to the minimum viable solution, provided warranty and also provided a refund. I would definitely hire Jim Again for plumbing jobs.

They were right on time! The original reason I called about was a quick fix, (my bad). However, they checked out my system and repaired a broken pipe I was not aware of. My water bill was really high last summer, (really high). Erwin programmed my control panel.😀. Cleanup was great. I will definitely call them again!

David was by far the best plumber! We were one week into home ownership and had a pipe break and he went above and beyond to get there the very next morning and fix the busted pipe as well as a few other things. He is amazing and I will recommend this company by time!!

I was having a problem with low hot water pressure and it was not getting hot enough after a repair my husband made to a corroded fitting on the top of the water heater. Tim arrived on time to give me an estimate of the work and then got right to work. The price was competitive and he was done in no time. I have hot water pressure again!

Erick showed up in the time frame he told me and was able to get out here sooner than many companies i contacted. He found the leak but unfortunately wasn't able to fix it due to the size of the pipes and adapters. However, he referred me to another company that can fix it who will be coming out today to get it fixed. Not only that, but he called the company and told them what exactly needed to be done and when i called that company, they already knew who i was! Thanks, Erick!

PK Renovations changed our old rusty toilet to the new one. Excellent job done with reasonable pricing. Using the new toilet, we save a lot of water and enjoy much better quality of life now. The wax ring they recommended works well to prevent leaking at the bottom of the toilet.

Juan completely replaced the galvanized plumbing on my house in one day. He charges a reasonable rate, and does professional work. The job was difficult since this is an 85 year old house, and the clearance underneath the house is 8 - 15 inches. At the end of the day, a plumbing fitting was needed to finish the job, and the fitting was not available from Lowes or HD, Juan drove to his house, found a solution, returned, and finished the job after a 14 hour day.

Peanut Plumbing is great! My client found him, along with Castle Rock Excavation. Eric Meza is so professional and personable and straight-forward. Rates are great and I highly recommend him. We have used him to do static leak tests, general plumbing, installing water shut off valves at the street, slab piping and so much more. I can't say enough good things!
