Able Eye performed a finished home inspection for our new build while under our 1 year warranty period from the builder. I would highly recommend that you have able eye perform phase inspections and finished inspections on your home while under warranty as you can have the items fixed on the builders dime. Able eye had several findings that we are going to turn in for repairs and a couple were actually safety hazards. Able eye was very professional and and has a good understanding of potential hazards in the home. The investment in the inspection for our home will actually be cost neutral as one of the warranty findings would be costly if we had to repair ourselves.Thanks Able Eye!

We engaged the service of Bob Petersen to conduct the inspection of our new home. First, the knowledge and experience that he brought were tremendous and he was able to teach us about the future care and maintenance of our new home.
