I highly recommend Katie! Before the session we had talked on the phone and I described what I was looking for and discussed some ideas. Communication and planning was great, excellent response and input on her part. Long story short, was looking for an activity for my wife's birthday and had the idea to have a group come over to the house for a yoga set. We are all beginners and it was a very casual backyard setting. Katie was punctual and professional and made everyone extremely comfortable. She had a great routine to suit our group and made it a great experience. She is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be in touch with Katie for future events. 10/10!

Ralph was a big help getting my MS exercises in place! The exercises he had me do were a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation! He took considerable time to access my needs and he helped me put a program in place that met my needs!

Yoga with Jamie is always a soulful, positive experience! Jamie cultivates an atmosphere of peace and openness in class. She knows how to speak to every type of body and offers ways to intensify or add calm to your practice. Jamie’s music choices are phenomenal-I love her playlists! It’s a joy to go to her classes to experience her creative sequences, but also to feel the union of the music, atmosphere, and flow of the class. For me, Jamie stands as a true testament to the power of her craft through her knowledge, kindness, and compassion. Always highly recommended!

I first connected with Rou last August at her Kemetic Yoga class in Mueller Park. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and focus on the mat, which as I would later find out, translates to her focus off the mat as well. She is a true leader - a very rare jewel - and I'm glad I know her.

My experience with Deborah was in a yoga class she was teaching that I was able to attend a few times. Not only is she knowledgable in how the body works, but also in mind and spirit. She shares her knowledge with gentleness and confidence and really lives what she teaches. Each time, I walked away with MUCH more than I expected from a yoga class. And I felt fantastic.

Jennifer is truly a light to the world. She has taught me the power of conscientious movement and nourishment through meditation, yoga, fitness and cooking. Her homemade raw chocolates and smoothies are what got me hooked - but her mindfulness and compassion are what made her a lifelong mentor for whom I am ever grateful. Her dedication to community-building and supporting others on their healing journey is remarkable. I highly recommend Jennifer's services to anyone looking for a deeper understanding of self on any level.

Joanna Williamson is an ideal trainer. I worked with her as my first-ever trainer for most of two years (meeting once a week), starting about four-and-a-half years ago. (She left my gym, or I'd be working with her still.) I wanted to lose some significant weight, build my strength for injury protection, and work my way into the top 10% for my age group (which my doc says I've done). I've met all these goals, and I'm now into a permanent maintenance routine. (1) She has a wonderfully encouraging attitude. Nothing at all like Jillian Michaels. She's a great athlete herself — she's very strong and also runs marathons — but this was always a real positive, not something that made you feel like you'd never measure up. She understands how hard exercise often is (and she makes it challenging), but she's great at helping you enjoy it. She really makes it interesting and fun. (2) She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, if you like to learn how various things do and don't work (as I do), and she works to keep her knowledge current. (3) She has a huge variety of exercises to teach you, so you never get bored, but she's also great at helping you build an exercise plan tailored exactly to your needs (including age and injury status), so that you can work out effectively on your own. (4) I lost about 25 pounds in the first 18 months, and have kept 90% of them off. And I've kept doing three strength workouts a week (in my late 60s), pretty much through thick and thin, with what feels like permanent pleasure. All in all, I only wish she still worked where I do. I've had a variety of excellent trainers since she left, and she's still the best.

By far my best experience doing yoga! Each session was a solid workout and a lesson in breathing. One of Taryn's finest skills is her ability to listen and apply feedback. She adapted sessions based on the conversations that we had about what was working best and the direction in which we wanted to go. Taryn is professional, mindful and down to earth. I would certainly and highly recommend Taryn as a yoga instructor.

She was an excellent yoga instructor, cannot recommend enough! I have some shoulder injuries due to a surgery I had earlier last year, and she did a great job of not only working around it, but making it feel a bit less stressed after our session! She does a great job of describing exactly what to do to get in and out of certain positions, which is usually hard in a private instead of a class. Lovely woman, can't wait to see her again.
