If your roof qualifies for an insurance claim, we’ll guide you through the process at no extra cost. Our goal is to provide premium roofing solutions without breaking the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and built around clear communication: 1. Free Inspection – We start with a no-cost roof inspection to assess the condition and identify any damage or concerns. 2. Photo & Video Documentation – We document everything we find and walk you through it step by step. 3. Insurance Guidance (if applicable) – If there’s storm or hail damage, we help guide you through the insurance claim process from start to finish. 4. Detailed Estimate & Material Selection – You’ll receive a clear estimate and help selecting the best roofing materials for your home or business. 5. Scheduling & Installation – Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work with certified crews and a project manager on-site. 6. Final Walkthrough & Warranty – After the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough, send photos, and issue your Lifetime Labor Warranty for peace of mind. We keep you informed every step of the way and are always available to answer questions or assist with paperwork.
