A dear friend recommended Travis Thiel, co-owner of Full Throttle Fitness near Polaris. After procrastinating for nearly two years, I finally sent him a message — thank goodness for his quick response and ability to get me scheduled just two days later! I felt like I had known him for years. He’s personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push you through those last few reps — all without judgment. And apparently, a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish doesn’t qualify as “real food.” Say What?! The gym is huge — the largest selection of equipment I’ve ever seen — great music, and spotless. A huge bonus! Do something good for yourself and make the call. It may just be the best gift you give yourself."See more
