I contracted this company to remodel my living room, restore my hardwood floor, install new entry doors and a couple of other small custom projects related to the same room. I was impressed by their hard work, attention to detail and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again.

This was a major revitalization of a 2000 sq. Ft. House. We did two walk through. First to define the s ope and type of work. The second was to modify the scope for items learned in the walk through. With the scope set and the description of the work updated, it helped manage our expections. The work was done to the agreed upon specs. There were no change orders necessary. Where the workman did wall repairs, the retexturing of the wall was undetectible. We can say enough about the Carsa folks. Their work is excellent and show a great deal of skill and experience. They were easy to work with. We strongly recommend you have a detailed description of the work you want done before you begin taking bids. It worked well for us

CJ and his team replaced the front of my roof and also reconstructed my front gable. I received a few quotes from different people on the roof but none of them had the confidence and experience to do the reconstruction of the gable as several feared there would be issues with changing the structure in the roof line. CJ felt confident in his team’s abilities to complete this difficult task and then explained to me why. His team did an outstanding job from start to finish. He kept me updated with communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Carsa Construction.

    Meet your contractor in person. Being on time and keeping appointments is very important and shows responsibility and that they value your time and the job. Always ask to see license and insurance. This weeds out most under reliable and pass-by-night contractors
