We initially had Carsa Construction come out to give us an estimate for a lot of different work we needed done around the house. CJ came out to see the house and discuss the work, and was able to quickly provide a clear estimate for all of the different projects. We first hired Carsa Construction to do a smaller project for us (replacing old soffit boxes around the roof) and they did a great job - very fast, professional, reasonably priced, and good work. So then we hired them to do the rough cuts for some windows that we were having replaced. The price felt very fair, and CJ and his team did an amazing job. They were always on time, communicated clearly and often, were respectful of our home, and in the end our house looks great inside and out. We still have a long list of projects to do and will continue to call on Carsa Construction to complete them as we are ready.

Hired them originally to fix roof leak, which they did, and just had them doo a roof “tuneup” which resealed all the pipes and vents that protrude thru the roof. Professional work at good prices, will use again when I need roof work.
