I have experience residential and commercial settings, ceiling to floor and everything in between. i have experience in building specialty items such as booths,bars,outdoor seating and tables.Plumbing,electrical, basic door repair,lighting are in my wheel house. My hours are flexible and will work at night and weekends. I enjoy encountering new challenges in the work place.There are alot of interesting things people have done and passed on to a new tenant or home owner to make right. I can help with that

Really spot on with the timing estimation! He went the extra step to use something silicone when installing something into brick to keep moisture out and warned about the high winds on my flag.
