Michelle is the most professional, experienced fitness coach with whom I've ever worked. She is very personable and it is quite obvious that she loves her work. She always shows up to each session with a carefully prepared plan. She stays 100% focused on my performance and form, greatly reducing the risk of injury. Even though it is hard work, I look forward to each session with her because she somehow manages to keep it fun. Michelle has also helped me to make healthy choices in my diet. With her coaching, I have surpassed all of my personal expectations. Overall, I feel better than I have in years and I have a new sense of self-confidence.
