The text notification was good, they were on time and were professional. My plumbing job was very simple, just uncrossing the horribly crossed pipes of our bathroom Faucet. These guys did an awesome bathroom update in my OLD house. Despite many issues found once the tub was removed, there was nothing that they couldn't handle...after the tub was removed and the real damage was uncovered, the entire subfloor had to be replaced as well as support beams; I don't have a 2nd bathroom so they took extra time to reset the toilet for me each day; the vanity I bought had drawers which interfered with the plumbing, so it was quickly corrected; every change I asked for was accommodated; I could go on and on...I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Nate was great to work with and really helped make our bathroom remodel project easier. From the beginning, he was quick to respond and very accommodating in terms of when he was able to come out to our house to work. We had him move some plumbing from where our old built in bath tub was to accommodate our new free-standing tub, and then he installed our new tub and did the final connections with our shower and tub fixtures. He also helped fix our leaky hose spigot in the backyard. We were always impressed with how quick he worked while also providing quality work. We had what I thought was a small leak in the bathroom but wasn’t sure. Brendan showed up right on time and was so courteous and professional, I was instantly impressed. I showed him my concerns and he spent an hour looking at every possible scenario, then walked me through everything he looked at and determined, thank GOD, there was no leak and just particle board baseboards that were soaking up the water in the bathroom. Brendan was so thorough and so kind, his customer service is absolutely unparalleled!! I was so relieved, but also impressed with him. Craftsman Plumbing has make a customer for life because of Brendan, and I shared his info with all of my neighbors on Facebook. They are lucky to have him and I’m so thankful I called!!

My toilet works funny recently. Not enough flushing power, leaking into the bowl now and then, hard to push lever…I messed with it for a whole day and finally gave up and called Jose. He found out the root cause in no time and helped to fix it the next day with new parts very quick. He also helped me to fix my stuck bathroom faucet handle at no extra charge. Raul was awesome! He went above and beyond to fix what we thought was a simple toilet repair that ended up being a MUCH bigger issue. Raul dropped everything to make sure that our only bathroom was fixed as soon as possible. He didn't just mask the issue, like plumbers we hired in the past did either. He worked tirelessly to repair our entire plumbing system so that we wouldn't continuously have issues. And he did all of this at a great price! Other plumbers would have charged twice (if not triple) the price and would have done a rushed job. I will definitely be hiring Raul again!

Yeah, read the other 1-star reviews on this guy (Lawrence V Rodriguez). Things started off fine... the price was good, and he talked a big game about plumbing, but after a few days of work, he was telling us he was done, and we still had several leaking faucets, freestanding tub with the drain hose destroyed, tub faucet (floor mounted) was wobbling which he blamed on the tile, dishwasher was not hooked up, kitchen sink hot water wasn't hooked up, broken pedestal sink, and he had spilled a huge amount of water on the master bathroom floor, which had gone under the floor and was leaking down through the kitchen ceiling. On Sunday, we were moving things into the house, and each time we came in, he was screaming and cursing at our plumbing fixtures. He hits you up for money every day during the project, so we'd already paid 75% up to this point. When I told him we weren't paying any more until the job was complete, he got visibly irate and started haggling with me for $100 cash... not sure why he needed the money immediately. I gave him $50 and told him not to come back. He threatened me on the way out, saying "You're done"... whatever that means... so now our local police have his name, picture, and vehicle description (maroon van with paper plates and loud pipes). We will now have to bring someone else in to finish the work and also inspect everything this guy did. Seriously... do yourself a favor... hire someone else.
