Marlo was the only contractor to give me a quote based on the pictures I provided. Also, he came out next day and the work was completed as promised. He cleaned up well also. The restroom floors look great.

I can give a price in person or through photos, calculating a good job, time, cleaning and help to get materials... the price is only labor. I always try to give a very considerate price

see the work areas by photo or in person and then discuss what is going to be done and reach an agreement with the price

1 year as a helper and 4 years as a contractor doing all types of remodeling and ceramic installation
