I accidentally placed an order through their website on Labor Day without realizing they were actually closed for the holiday. Instead of simply canceling the order or telling me I would have to wait until the next business day, Mark went completely above and beyond and actually opened up just to accommodate my order.That kind of customer service is incredibly rare, and I was genuinely blown away by how kind, understanding, and accommodating they were.The balloons turned out great, but what impressed me even more was the effort and care they showed throughout the entire experience. Krissy helped me for my last minute plans to celebrate my twins birthday at a park. She and her husband got there before us and with an amazing garland, matching the colors perfectly. Seeing that I was decorating with a baby in hand, they even helped me blow and put some extra balloons on the centerpieces stands I wanted to do, without any charge. Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience with doza designs. Firstly they came in late to set up the decor, I was so anxious and I called them several times but nobody responded, then finally they showed up at 2.00pm close to party time. Secondly doza designs forgot to bring my child's personalized name for water bottles and lastly the whole balloon arch ,cake table was not solid. Immediately they left, in about an hour everything was falling. This is my child's first birthday party I'm talking about here, I was so stress up and embarrassed at the party. Everyone started asking who did this decor? And I was speechless. Honestly I will not recommend them to anyone. In my opinion their quality of material or work is not worth the price. Before I forget, the cake stand was not strong enough to hold the cake and the cake almost fell, I had to hold it down myself at the party. The party was a nightmare because of doza designs.

From our first initial FaceTime conversation, she was professional, polite, and dedicated to helping me make this event unforgettable. As time went on, she stayed on top of everything. She kept me informed and included me in every step of the process. When things went wrong, she was there to fix it with a quickness. Needless to say, the event turned out flawless. She executed the event perfectly. Everyone had a great time and the decor she put together was BEAUTIFUL! She went above and beyond for me and my husband and I’m so lucky to have found her.
