These are the experts to see. Very quick with diagnosis and repair. My Dell XPS 420 desktop would not come out of sleep mode. Got quotes, brought it to these people because they were off College Drive. Dropped it off in the afternoon, the next MORNING they call and say I need a new power source, I tell them to go ahead, they tell me IT WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP THIS AFTERNOON! How cool and quick is that? I also think they pickup and deliver, but you have to ask them about that since they are only 1 mile away from me. Thanks so much for a very fast job. The whole thing only cost $174. Now I can bring the $1,600 new computer I bought at Costco back to Costco!

My computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad E540. This model has very well known power up issues. The motherboard and the powerboard were replaced. The computer is alive again. I don't know for how long. However, I have to say that the people in Pick My Brain did very good job and they successfully repaired the computer. I have no complains at all.
