They came to my house in Plano to do a deep air duct cleaning package. I had talked to them on the phone and that’s what they had recommended because, honestly I don’t remember the last time I even looked at the vents and air ducts. I am highly satisfied with the results and their customer service was very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

When the initial guys came out they were very friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I had to have another chimney cap made and I purchased /ordered a taller fireplace grate. I don’t understand why my personally owned fireplace grate was removed from the premises but it was. The new cap was installed two days ago by different technicians of the company, however, my old grate was not returned nor have I received my new grate. I have reached out to On Time Home Experts several times to determine where my chimney grate’s are and when they will be delivered and the receptionist always tells me she will have someone call me back but that does not happen. Of course without a fireplace grate I cannot build a fire to evaluate whether the expensive new chimney cap resolves the smoking issue.

They cleaned the air ducts in our house in Irving and I was very impressed with the cleaning. The tech showed me the before and after pictures and I was shocked by the difference. Definitely recommend them if you want a professional company.
