Okay, so I've worked with countless event planners and I am extremely pleased and relieved to have found my new go-to event planner for everything I work on moving forward. I could write a book about how wonderful Mandy and her team are. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer service were like nothing I've ever experienced. I work with very high-profile clients and I also run a business so customer service and quality of service is very important to me. Mandy was able to put together an exclusive event for one of my clients and his colleagues within 30 days and the event was a huge success. She has amazing connections and was both accommodating and flexible with all of our last minute requests, special services, bookings, etc. I live and work in Atlanta, but the event was for clients in Dallas, and she performed far better remotely than anyone I've ever worked with locally. I've already recommended her services to all of my friends, family, and associates because the experience was so great for me. For this particular event, we needed NDAs, at least 5-8 vendors, photo booths, phone check services, lighting, DJs, catering, etc., she found all of those plus the perfect venue that accommodating all of our needs. My clients can be extremely demanding but she handled all of their needs with poise, class, and professionalism. She also was able to anticipate things that I wouldn't have thought of myself which is important for me, because I'm often juggling too many things at once. She was very honest and upfront and we actually ended up falling just below our budget, which never happens! I can't say enough about Many and Spotlightz Events. 10/10 would recommend for any special occasion, event, wedding, etc. You will not be disappointed.

Wow. I had never worked with an event planner before. She helped me with my 40th birthday party at our house. She's been working with me for a couple months and I'm a highly strung, nervous Nelly. Sweet, funny, concentrated on every detail, wonderful ideas. Made me able to enjoy a party of ours (for a change!) She was on time, clever ideas, kept me on top of things and made sure all elements were covered. Understood my vision, helped it blossom, and then made it happen. Beautifully! The only thing that could make her better is if cell phones and tablets had better Auto-Correct! :-) but lucky for me, I interpret Auto-Correct very well. Ebony is a top-notch event coordinator, fun and easy to work with, friendly, VERY creative, clever, organized, and kind to boot! I hope I get a chance to use her for my wedding one day... Thank you Ebony for making my birthday BEAUTIFUL.

They were okay. I didn’t like how they were late. The whole process of planning was great up until the day of showtime for my baby shower. My hosts were told to be there at 12pm by Integrity Events & Design and they were, but the hosts were the ones who called me to tell me that venue was empty and IED wasn’t there. I had to call the event company and ask where they were and they said around the corner. Mind you, baby shower started at 1. It was just so rushed to be put up. The timeline that was sent to me prior to the babyshower didn’t go as planned because they were busy setting up as guests were there and arriving. The decor, was what I wanted. I noticed that one item I said I was going to get, I didn’t get. But I didn’t make a big deal of it. I just honestly feel, maybe I could’ve spent my own money on my baby shower, but I was thinking having less control would make things easier. I still appreciate IED for the time and everything they put together, but timing is everything and first impressions are everything. The fact that my hosts and my husband had to help & put tables out and get things ready, that wasn’t there job. :-( but, it’s over now, lesson learned. But if an event starts at 1 and event planners are setting up, I would’ve been there at 11:45 so right at 12 I can set up. And to let me know day of (when I called) that the original planned balloons weren’t available, smh, that’s not cool also. IED was very apologetic because they realized that I wasn’t “WOW’d” when I walked in like they wanted me to, but I don’t get why it couldn’t be that way. For $833, eh, I may have could’ve just did everything myself, been on time and things be cheaper. No hard feelings, just lesson learned.
