He has great workouts and for the last few months of training the workouts have not felt repetitive and he has had me do a wide variety of workouts which I really Enjoy! Coming into the next training I am always looking forward to what variation of a workout we will be doing next. Week after week I see improvements in my energy levels, activity and just feeling great overall. I can definitely see a difference and am on my way to reaching my goals which I thought were impossible until I started to train with Eli. I Appreciate the fact that the training sessions are extremely motivating and not excessively aggressive as I have experienced before working with a trainer. Eli is very professional, attentive and I like the fact that he keeps in touch through out the week to make sure that I am staying active and eating well. Speaking of eating I love the fact that he has provided me with the tools and suggestions on better and healthier ways of eating which has greatly improved my portion control and overall nutrition. I don't write reviews often but I truly believe that Eli is the best trainer I could have an highly recommend him.
