We hired them in early January to do a total kitchen remodel. Pros. Overall we were satisfied with their work. All their workers were careful skilled and courteous. They constantly made sure we approved of what they were about to do and made several helpful suggestions which led to improvements in the project. The quality of their work in the installation of new cabinets was particularly impressive. Eric, the Principal, was responsive to questions and concerns. Cons. Before the project began we gave them detailed instructions, along with photographs of the exact design and materials we wished for the counter tops and cabinets but their failure to order them in a timely manner resulted in delays to the completion of the project that could have been avoided. One of their subcontractors, the painters, performed work that was definitely sub-standard and at times poor. Alex and Mary McLachlan, Duncanville

We had Pelican build a new front and back Deck for us. We love the results. The decks are very sturdy and built the right way. The contractors were polite and communicated great. Eric was professional and responsive.

We lost our wood working shed and fence in a fire. Pelican Designs had very good communication and quality of work in our rebuild. Overall quite satisfied in outcome if the project.
