Joe says, "Overall I had a good experience. Justin was nice, responsive, and professional. The estimate was reasonable considering the brand and extent of the work. I had both the indoor and outdoor units replaced along with all the ducts, vents, and attic tubing, while also adding another duct. For the installer (Gabe), I haven't seen someone work that hard in a long time. Though it took him about 21 hours to do the job over 2 days, he did it in over 100 degrees while maintaining a good attitude, staying respectful and polite the whole time. He was shorthanded and couldn't be faulted for the time it took considering the circumstances and conditions. All that said, there were a few things that would have really made the company stand out with a difference between effective and excellence: 1. If the installers had at least a company logo T-shirt (polyester or weather wicking for the heat), 2. If the vents weren't the same size as the new ones being put in and it left gaps in the ceiling, patching the gaps. 3. Replacing the return vents and the area below the air handler quick-vacuumed out, 4. Ensuring the copper line from the outdoor unit to the home was insulated and the gap in the outer wall filled with spray foam, 5. Ensuring the air handler plenum is cut correctly to fit the unit and the home and looks professional. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them."See more

I was truly surprised to be called back within an hour that late by the owner of Efficient Home Solutions, David Rivera; assuring me a technician would be on site at my home first thing in the morning.Technician Josh Cadiz arrived early next morning. After his thorough examination of my AC operation, Josh proceeded to patiently explain the problems he had found and the plans he had made to resolve those. First though - a temporary portable AC unit was ordered for my overnight comfort as the temperature in my home was 85 degrees at that time. Next - a replacement AC unit was ordered with installation planned for the first thing the following morning.Following the new AC unit install the following morning; I was surprised to see Josh back to test out the just installed new unit and to answer any questions I might have from the process.This followup visit was an unexpected great relief to me at that time - and, it was also a reminder to me of that great decision I made some 5 years earlier to always handle all my AC or heat issues with Efficient Home Solutions."See more
