- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and greet our customers upon arrival and ask if they have any suggestions or concerns about their lawn so that we are able to give them a bit of knowledge on how to properly have and maintain a beautiful lawn year round !
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I met a lot of customers in my lawn care experience .Some are concerned and some easily going but what I always ask my customers is what theirs may concern and expectation are out of their lawn so that we can get a better feel and know exactly what our customer is needing and wanting . We take our customers very serious due to the fact we exceed our expectations to our customers need .If there not satisfied nor is our lawn care .
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would truly recommend in giving our services a try before seeking another lawn care specialist .We are trustworthy , and deliver the very best service to our knowledge of the lawn care industry
