- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular customers get better prices, one time mows cost more because of the travel time to only work one time. All payments must be sent BEFORE I arrive to your property or work will not be done until payment is submitted. Too many scamming customers out here not actually paying technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule, invoice, payment, job will be completed on the date on the invoice or the date we discussed it to be done
