- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This looks different for individual coaching vs group coaching or management consulting. All engagements typically include a scoping call (consulting services) or a free roadmapping/strategy call (coaching services) before we can decide if working together is beneficial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in International Business and Intercultural Communications and am a certified Project Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and professionally trained Leadership Coach.
