FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are prices are year round typically the peak season starts around mid March and finishes beginning of December many moving companies tend to raise their prices on peach season our do not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure the customer knows what they are paying for and the service we will provide. We arrive at the first location and introduce ourselves. Then have customer give us a walk through. Finally have customer read and sign the contract and then start the time and commence the move until we are finished and the customer is satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had recently purchased my first box truck and was looking for work when I was hired as a subcontractor for a moving company.
