We start with a quick phone or online consultation to understand your move: size, location, timeline, and any special needs. From there, we provide a transparent quote, confirm scheduling, and assign a trained crew. On move day, we show up on time, fully equipped, and keep communication clear the whole way through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every team member at Ironclad goes through hands-on training in packing, lifting techniques, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and safe driving practices. We also emphasize customer service training—because we’re not just moving boxes, we’re moving lives.
