Our Personal Training Pricing: At Strikers Gym, we offer personalized training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our pricing options are as follows: * 5 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each): $550 * 10 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each): $880 (20% discount compared to the 5-session package) * 20 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour each): $1,320 (40% discount compared to the 5-session package) For those seeking shorter sessions, we also offer 30-minute options with similar discount structures. Group Class Memberships: In addition to personal training, we provide group class memberships: * 8 Classes Per Month: $124 * 12 Classes Per Month: $154 * Unlimited Classes: $194 per month These memberships offer flexibility and access to a variety of classes to complement your personal training regimen. ***************

Our Process for New Personal Training Clients: At Strikers Gym, we tailor our personal training approach to fit your goals, experience level, and fitness background. Here’s what to expect when working with us: 1 .Initial Consultation – We start with a quick conversation (via phone, email, or in-person) to understand your goals, training history, and any specific needs or concerns. 2. First Training Session – Your first session includes an assessment of your movement, technique, and conditioning level so we can structure a plan that suits you best. 3. Customized Training Plan – Whether you’re looking to improve striking, build endurance, or refine technique, we develop a plan based on your skill level and desired results. 4. Consistent Progress & Adjustments – Every session builds on the last, with feedback and modifications to keep you improving. 5. Optional Group Classes – Many of our personal training clients also choose to supplement their training with group classes (available from $124–$194 per month). Ready to get started? Our Coaching Team & Training Background At Strikers Gym, our coaches bring years of expertise in Muay Thai, boxing, and strength training, helping clients reach their goals. David Andrews – 30 years of boxing experience, 15 years coaching amateurs & pros in London and Dallas. Certified head boxing coach in the U.S. and England. Moises Rizo – 25+ years of Muay Thai, trained under Saekson Janjira. Former 250lb fighter turned 155lb competitor, now coaching both pros & amateurs. Mitchel Harding – 5 years of Muay Thai, 15 years of weightlifting. Specializes in power, endurance, and explosive striking. Alexis Chaparro – 7+ years of Muay Thai, trained under Saekson Janjira, Chidi Njokuani, and Moises Rizo. Known for elusive, technical striking. Bruno Paez – Army National Guard veteran, competed in Muay Thai, MMA, & grappling. 4+ years as a personal trainer, 2+ years as a Muay Thai coach, focusing on strength & sport-specific training.
