FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves for offering a fair price for honest service. We don't low-ball, this only causes problems because then companies make up the difference in getting high quantity contracts with poor services. (Quantity over Quality) Fair pricing or Market Value pricing ensures officers are paid a fair wage to support themselves, keep officers from seeking additional employment so it cuts down on turnover, and when officers are in a career vs. a job they take pride in the job they do and seek out additional training to become a better officer. The phrase that , "You get what you pay for" is true in matters of security services. A minimum wage security officer or a trained professional officer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Security Officers have a minimum of 5 years experience in private security. Private Investigators have a minimum of 10 years experience in conducting those types of operations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in Law Enforcement the owner of the company went into Retail Loss Prevention and back into Private Security after starting in Private Security when he graduated High School. After working with a few Private Security Companies he realized that a fundamental part was missing from all these companies. "Integrity" These companies were billing for services that they were NOT completing, falsifying reports, indicating patrols were completed when they were not, etc. So INTERSTATE PROTECTIVE GROUP was established and we pride ourselves on "SERVICE WITH INTEGRITY"
