Be sure you have inside access to wall. - I did not for this oneWe - had to cut bricks . did a great careful job.will be easy for me to get a new brick to repair..and put a little foam Insulation back in the wall and glue a piece of plywood patch over sheathing we had to cut out .Inside house would have been better but that was my fault.He took extra effort and fixed bracket and crimped new pipe so no future problems-I am GENIUS LEVEL 2 reviewer on booking.com.All 4 outside frost proof faucets corroded-leaking.KEY future LESSON .1. keep them clean2 The internal 00 RUBBER grommet goes bad over time. But cheap to change.When GENTILE pressure does NOT shut off water .DO NOT use more forcechange the grommet.Over Tightening - damages the brass seat .-eventually a new 10 cent washer will not shut off the water with a damaged seat.THAT BECOMES EXPENSIVE .Also there is a new customer discount."See more

He clearly said what he could do, and lived up to what he claimed. Jerry went above and beyond in installing my water softener system by making sure it was mounted properly (something the instructions in the kit didn't mention). He had to do some extra digging for the water line from the main to the house, and did a beautiful job of disturbing the lawn as little as possible.

If you want expertise, professional, Licensed and insured company without paying an arm and a leg (maybe 1 kidney too), and yet getting great results of good water in your house, go with them. I’m very pleased with the process from explaining about the system, pro and cons about the water descaler vs using water softener, the cost, the maintenance involved, and the process. I know what to expect by the time Dylan come to install. Installation was at timely manners and professional. Dylan installed the 4 steps RO system and Mineralizer under our bar sink for our drinking water. We ran into issue of space since it was a bar sink cabinet and the RO tank was too big. He was able to switch with a smaller tank. We had the insta hot drinking water heater there already and he connected to the hot water heater and to the fridge next to the cabinet. Now we’re a happy drinker, water and tea drinker.
