Carmen at Simple Mom Baking did a fantastic job making our wedding cake. I contacted her with a little over a week to go until our big day and she not only made an amazing wedding cake but she also delivered it to our reception venue. The cake was beautiful, absolutely delicious and very affordable. I highly recommend and will be using her again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not take on a job im not confident in. i am a home baker and i try to put all the ingredients required with alittle added love. this is my passion! You will find my pricing alil less than my competitors because I am new in my craft...however the quality is the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i attended culinary school at el Centro and one of the instructors has been my mentor since.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
i have been baking since i was a kid at 6. my grandmother taught me and i went to school to learn more
