- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is simple and I make it work for both the client and I. My pricing system is based on the number of training sessions and duration of the session, that’s it. I usually do more sessions for a lower rate for example: 1-3 sessions at $20-30 and 3-5 sessions at $15-25 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?-Upon contact we will schedule a consultation to discuss goals, exercise and dietary lifestyle, etc. -The first session will consist of a physical assessment for a reference point during training -The last step is to develop your individualized workout plan and to start
