We first asked Shayne to come and do some yard work. Done at very low price and very well. Since then he has done our main shower with tile work, our back yard clean up, and helped clean and organize our garage. Overall the prices were reasonable and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. He will give estimates and stick to them from my experience. He does asked to be paid in cash or by paypal account, which is not a problem with me because as a business manager I do not accept checks anymore either. I am sure we will be using him again in the future.
