They can be very busy so responsiveness isn't always timely but they do get back to you. We had a particularly bad clog due to some plumbing that isn’t to code coupled with some settling of the house affecting the pitch of the pipe. Valerich stuck with it trying several different access points, some multiple times until it was cleared. Along the way he explained the issues he was seeing and even showed me on the camera he was running through the pipe. I planned on reinstalling the toilets myself but decided to have Valerich do them; the work looks great and the price for everything was more than reasonable.
