Hired Russell to fix our storm door that was coming of its hinges, infact, hanging by the last one. Absolutely appreciate his sense of customer service. It wasnt a big job, basically, the holes kept getting bigger and screws were not holding the door together. But he was very nice to walk through the options, asked for our input, went to home depot, got the right screws and fixed it for a reasonable price instead of us spending a whole lot of money to replace with new. Idea was creative and worked really well. What i am impressed the most is his dedication to solve the problem in the most efficient manner vs just saying, go for new door. Last, very polite and he listens to what we had to say.
