YVONNE H. says, "Mother plumbing and Bingham Restoration Review We noticed a leak in our master bathroom but were not sure where it was coming from. In a bit of a panic, I went to the Thumbtack app to find help and chose a plumber with five-star reviews. They responded right away through messaging and sent someone out who removed the toilet and performed a pressure test. It turned out the leak was not coming from the toilet after all. They called in their partner mitigation company, who was very prompt and went to work making sure there was no mold. They found the source of the problem, which was a leaking condensation line from the air conditioning unit running from the attic to the master bedroom. They took pictures and checked for mold. We provided the information and photos, as well as what they discovered the problem was, to the builder and the air conditioning company. The builder and the air conditioning company denied that they were the cause of the problem. The mitigation company set up humidifiers and fans to make sure the floor was dried and they were very professional. We would definitely use them again (although we pray that we don’t have this type of issue ever again)."See more

My useless home warranty sent out these con artists known as sewer medic who told me I had roots in my system and it busted my pipe and they would have to dig up my backyard to fix it for $4,000. Decided to get a second opinion and Anderson came out found the problem was just a whole bunch of balled up hair and soap scum residue and fix my problem for $200. Gentleman came out with his son and were very cordial appreciative gracious helpful and you do not see people like this often they use them immediately!"See more

They tested my home's plumbing system and quickly identified that I had cast-iron pipes with a break under the kitchen. Jason reviewed our options and worked with our budget beyond what insurance gave us. Instead of drilling through the kitchen floor, they accessed the issue from outside, minimizing reconstruction hassles. The dig crew w Daniel and repair plumber Eddie were professional, precise and didn't leave a mess! We decided to replace all the cast-iron pipes in the house which definitely needed to be done, making it a better investment as we prepare to sell next spring. We did not detect the leak for at least 48 hours so the damage to my cabinet under the sink was extensive. WIENDELL deserves a 5 star, but the price of $648. was ridiculous for the job so that is why the 4 stars. AA Auger has been our plumbing company for years and have always done a good job but we needed an immediate fix so no time to shop around."See more
