He is competent with conveying knowledge of the work and performing the task. The before / after were seamless and no mess, completed in a timely manner, with a confirmation of quality work.Following the company protocol, he discussed the work request, as well as, all the other plumbing areas - to ensure all things are appropriate. Next, an estimate was provided with the scope of work. Then work completed. We were very comfortable with Cameron in our home independently completing the replacement. Definitely, keep / recommend for future plumbing needs.The pricing is higher, in the range for larger service providers estimates, which was discussed. The hope is to see future savings as the business grows and adjusts to the Aubrey market. We have previously had yearly maintenance contracts with the HVAC side of the business and plan to continue with Sailors Air & Plumbing to support our local community."See more

I was hesitant with the idea of them returning, even though it was just warranty work, as this is the 2nd issue we had since we had our lines re-lined that Dan promised was fail proof. The initial work we had performed was under the supervision of Dan, who was arrogant, and an absolute nightmare to work with. Now that we know he is no longer associated with this company, RC Pro will get our business going forward. Thomas is a gem and was professional and straightforward with us, which we were not used to when we worked with Dan. Given the amount of money we have spent with this company and the sub-par work we have received in the past, it was a relief to have Thomas show up and fix the issue promptly with his professional team."See more

Delbert Tatsuyama says, "I have monthly maintenance and service plan with them. Received an add for a service special for all home plumbing inspection. Agreed to have the tankless. system flushed and the inspection found one bathtub had a slow drain issue. It was clogged by hair, which was cleared within 5-10 minutes and an additional charge $177.00 tacked on which totaled service was $454.00...WOW..everything is Ala Carte."See more

Corey Boyer and Jeff Baer specifically were very professional, courteous, and helpful in diagnosing and solving this problem. Corey found the problem initially, and Jeff was able to help me determine the best course of action, then personally kept me informed throughout the process.
