My approach combines hypnotherapy, nutrition, health coaching, and practical behavior-change strategies to create support that is truly personalized to you. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and am a professionally trained and accredited hypnotherapist with experience helping people with smoking cessation, weight loss, emotional eating, behavior change allowing clients to reach their full potential. My background also includes nutrition education, personal chef services, health coaching, program development, leadership and more giving me a broad range of tools to draw from when working with clients. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I take the time to understand your goals, challenges, triggers, lifestyle, and what has or hasn’t worked for you before. From there, we create an approach designed around you. Whether you want to quit smoking, change your relationship with food, lose weight, manage stress, build confidence, conquer anxiety, help with pain or finally move past a habit that has been holding you back, my goal is to help make change feel achievable and give you tools you can continue using long after our sessions are over. Sessions are supportive, judgment-free, practical, and focused on helping you move toward the life and self you want.See more
