- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are flat rate We offer a 10% Senior Discount, Teach Discount, First Responder Discount and Military Discount on all Service and Repairs. Up to $50 We offer a $50 Senior Discount, Teach Discount, First Responder Discount and Military Discount on all Door Purchases. Applies to each door purchased
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We reach out via phone call and text. 2) Once contact is made we schedule a service call or provide an over the phone quote. 3) Once a service is agreed to work begins, if parts need to be ordered an ETA will be provided for when work can be completed. 4) For all work that requires parts to be ordered, a 50% deposit is required 5) Once all work is completed, a walk through is performed to ensure customer satisfaction. 6) Once approved, final payment is collected and a receipt is sent via text or email.
