I'm disappointed to be writing this because I had good experiences with Team Enoch on smaller jobs, but the way that I've been treated on a larger job (HVAC install) made me realize that this company isn't so different than other HVAC companies who rely on predatory methods to try to extract as much profit as they can. I had a 2.5 ton unit replaced recently due to a leak on the condenser coils. So I agreed to replace the unit (left the furnace and evaporator coil since they were only 5 years old). Once they replaced the condenser unit, within 2 days, the system was no longer cooling. They send someone else out and now there is a leak in the evaporator coil that was not there 2 days ago. They conveniently gave me a quote for another $2,000 to replace the evaporator coil. The odds of an evaporator coil springing a major leak 2 days after the install is extraordinarily small. I am not claiming that they purposefully did anything to the evaporator coil, but the timing is very suspicious. Be careful out there.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The technician came out, diagnosed one part as broken, replaced it, charged me for it—and yet my AC still doesn’t work. Now I’m being told I’ll need to wait four more days for them to try replacing another part, at an additional cost, with no guarantee that it will fix the issue. Also, they charged me 2k for the part replaced and never provided any receipt for the part for warranty purposes or breakdown of services after repeatedly asking for it. When we hire HVAC professionals, we expect a full and accurate solution to the problem, not a partial fix followed by guesswork and repeated charges. This kind of service leaves the customer without AC, out of pocket, and unsure if the problem will actually be resolved.

When our AC motor burned out at 11:30 pm on a Friday night to say we were panicked is an understatement. I went to Thumbtack and found Freddy's listing and reviews and set up an assessment for the next morning. He made it out on Saturday and confirmed the issue. Come to find out the furnace was 26 years old and original to the house. He and his helper were out bright and early the next morning with the replacement and had it installed and cooling in under 3 hours. Before the heat of the day ramped up. His price was fair, he was punctual and communicated when he was running late, his work was quality, they made sure to protect the floors and cleaned everything up when they were done. Could not have asked for better! Will recommend for anyone that needs HVAC work in the future.

I rarely right reviews because i dont want my personal bad experience affects ones business or persuade another persons decision of wanting to engage with a company. But the experience with this company for so bad, that i had to save others from having to go through the nightmare these guys put me through. 1. Needed my HVAC evap coil replaced, sent picture of model/make/serial number. They sent me a quote, approved it. Couple hrs later sent me a different quote saying the tech needs to spend more time on job and added extra $$, approved the quote 2. A week later the tech comes with the "replacement" part, blows upon my evap unit in my attic only to realize they have the wrong part. Tech haphazardly puts back the dismantled unit and leaves. The front office calls, says they have to get a different part but now its a new quite and extra $$ (even though it was their mistake of getting the wrong part). Still went ahead and approved the quote. They said 1 additional week to get the new part 3. On the scheduled date, they call and said tech is not well and it will take a few more days for him to come and fix this. All this while i have been waiting on them inspite of having senior citizens at home and not having a working AC unit. 4. In the meantime, my upstairs bathroom started leaking and a bug portion of my ceiling was cut open. This bathroom sits right underneath the attic where the tech had opened my unit. I called them and reported the problem, they sent the tech who created the story that this leak is not because of his job and its to condensation of the other AC unit and the PVC pipes had come out and that he had not worked on the other AC unit and so its not their fault. Even if the condensation leak from PVC pipes are from the other AC unit, he conveniently left explaining that the PVC pipe was loosed because of his work on the unit he was working since the pipes run right in front of that unit and he either put his weight or grabbed it or put something on it. But no, its not their fault at all as per their explanation. I have all the proof in the world with pics to prove this. 5. Finally they come second time around with "another" part, blow open the unit again to replace this part and same story - doesnt fit. Its been 3 weeks and they keep calling and saying its not their fault and they left me fending. And then after the second misfit of the part they randomly call and said we dont want to do business with you Everyone from upper management to the front office lady (Perla - be very careful with her, arrogant, unprofessional and will not ;et you talk or listen, has a huge attitude problem - not sure if she is trained to be that way or its just her personality but she will never let you talk to anyone in her company and at the same time she will keep telling - "this is what i have been told, there is nothing i can do" nor she will put in touch with the owner), to the tech, to the office manager are frauds and will put you through hell. They are not just a pain to work with, they are highly incompetent at their job. I called another company who came and fixed the problem in 2 hrs the next day. Stay as far away as you can from this business and dealing with people here. Do not go by positive reviews here, when things go south everything is your fault and they can just use the word "apologize" very conveniently and part off.
