- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spectrum Painting Prices --Free Estimates-- Discounts available for multiple room projects. Interior (Single color, up to 8' high walls) ~ Master Bedroom $200-$250 ~ Bedroom/Den/Office/Dining $150-$200 ~ Master Bath $100 ~ Full Bath $80 ~ Half Bath $40 ~ Living Room $200-$400 ~ Kitchen $150-300 ~ Hallways $1.50 (per sqft of floor space) ~ Front Door $50-$100 ~ Ceilings $1.50 (per sqft of floor space) * Add 50% for ceilings over 8' * I am not yet equipped to paint full rooms with ceilings higher than 12'. (Price includes cost of labor, paint, and materials. Price adjustments will be made to account for windows and doors as well as if paint will be provided by client.) Additional - Paint ceiling +$1.50 (per sqft) - Faux painting +$1.50 (per sqft floor space) - Wall washing $100 Murals ~ $50 minimum. Full price varies based on size and level of detail. (Price includes cost of labor, paint, and materials)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients on site where the job will be done. I can only give accurate estimates and set pricing when I've been able to view the area. As for murals, I ask a ton of questions, provide sketches until the design in approved, begin on the project, get verification at various stages to ensure the project is heading in the proper direction, then finalize it. I guarantee satisfaction of my work, if it's not right I will make it right.
