Unfortunately, this was something I didn’t get to personally enjoy. HOWEVER, my parents were the recipient of the meal as it was a gift. They were super impressed with the quality of food, creativity of dishes and especially, the Chef. My father went on and on with me about professionalism, his knowledge of the craft and how to care for ingredients via point of origin through prep. Super pleased with how he “took care of” my parents.
