⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Ruben Exceeded Every Expectation Ruben with RRJ Tile Installation is one of the most professional, conscientious, and detail-oriented contractors I have ever worked with. From our very first conversation through the completion of the project, he was courteous, dependable, punctual, and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question patiently, and clearly takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work. His more than 20 years of experience were evident in every aspect of the project—from his communication and professionalism to the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was the care and exceptional attention to detail he brought to every part of the project. I explained that I have four cats, so it was extremely important that the stairs be completely safe for them. Ruben genuinely listened, understood my concerns, and took the time to make sure everything was completed carefully and thoroughly. He never rushed the work simply to finish—it was obvious that doing the job correctly was his priority. Before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned the entire work area with his Shop-Vac and left everything neat and ready for the next phase of my project. He treated my home with the same care and respect that I would expect from someone working in their own home.
