Very honest and hardworking guy .. hired him to replace the garbage disposal .. had everything ready to install for him but he still insisted on checking the existing system one more time to see wats wrong .. and ended up fixing it ! WITHOUT needing any replacement! We will definitely be reaching out to him for future jobs .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main thing is respond to customers in a timely manner, and to consistently keep in contact w/ work details before and during the job. Lastly, I notify my new customers of my ETA, on the day of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at A#1 for 2 years as an HVAC installer, studied HVAC systems and it’s components and attained my EPA license. I also have 3 years experience working as a residential service tech.
