"Brittany is the first trainer I've ever worked with, but I'm very glad to have found her. During our first session I felt that she was easy to talk to and very thorough in body assessment, health history, and my goals for improving my health and fitness. When it came time for the workout she was encouraging and extremely attentive to form. When she mentioned a diet plan, I was a little scared as I've never meal prepped and certainly didn't want to be hungry. She said I wasn't getting enough calories and I've yet to be hungry (the first few days I even had a hard time eating all of the food). The plan she offered is easy to prep and delicious. I'm 5 days in and have had a consistent weigh in of 1lb down for 2 days now (my weight fluctuates daily so I'll take that as a win!). She's there to check in, and very responsive when I have questions. I'm still very much beginning in my fitness goals, but looking forward to continuing to work with her and glad to have her in my corner to help me meet them!"
