Latest Review: I signed up for personal training at a gym in my building. I hadn't gone to a gym regularly in years, and have all sorts of issues with my shoulder (arthritis, rotator cuff, etc.).
I was paired with Steve. He comes to me, so there are no excuses for me not to workoutc and he knows a ton about how the body works. He spent time listening to my goals and learning about my shoulder issues, and has helped me recognize how a lot of my natural movements are causing me pain. He's been manically focused on form, and as a result, I've been able to do a lot of exercises without pain that would have previously been excruciating.
Because Steve comes to me (so I'm exercising regularly), and because I'm now doing movements the right way, I'm feeling much more fit and inspired to exercise even on days when I'm not scheduled to meet Steve. I feel better, and my wife is now complimenting me on my physique (which wasn't really happening before I started). Thank you Steve!
