Latest Review: When my friend referred me to Brian, I was very hesitant because I've had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past. My previous trainers would either yell at me during workouts or not care at all and play on their phones.
From the initial consultation, Brian made me feel like I was his most important client! He took all of my measurements (not easy to let a guy do) and explained in detail what we needed to do to reach my weight loss goal. The next day he went with me to Market Street and spent an entire hour going through the grocery store and taught me what to buy and what to stay away from. He showed me that you can eat right on a budget too! He also printed out a list of foods to buy in the future so I would have a guide the next time I went by myself.
I work out with Brian 3 times a week for 30 minutes and he is less expensive than every other trainer at the big name gyms I've been to. He is also very flexible with time, which is great because I have a hectic schedule! He changes up the workouts so I'm never bored. Not only does he work me out with weights, he's shown me great exercises that just use my body weight.
In 6 months, I've dropped 75 pounds and 7 sizes! I still have more to lose, but I know I will get to my goal as long as I stay with Brian. He's so motivational, I feel like can do anything as long as I stick to his plan!
