Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Just adore her!
Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
The cardio/yoga class is great. It is a comfortable setting and everyone is welcome no matter their work out level. I enjoy the instructors insight and knowledge. She takes time to meet each students needs. I highly recommend her services!
Atali creates such an amazing atmosphere which allows me to use time on the mat to really help me restore peace and calm. She helps me to focus on the pose and maintain balance. Highly recommend coming to Atali's classes!
Choose Again Yoga is the right place at the right time for me. I sincerely appreciate that Sandy is there and the door is open for me to come in and relax 15 (or 20) minutes before a class begins. I feel encouraged to challenge myself, but, not at all pressured to perform. Sandy's affirmations are a refreshing reprieve from all of the "noise" of every day life. So grateful to have a space that nourishes my body and my spirit!
Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!
I met Danielle when I’m was in a major transition in my life and she single handedly helped me do a 180 in my mental well-being with her skills as a life coach. I went from feeling like a victim all the time to owning what was my stuff, and recognizing what was other people’s stuff and learning how to respond accordingly...... I was 32 years old and had never learned some of the things that really helped me grow into a better version of myself. Thank you Danielle for empowering me, supporting me, and never judging me through the process...... I love you!
~ STACY IS AWESOME!! Very sweet.... Quiet. Supportive. Kind. She brought AWESOME music& oil& everything we needed to just chill& do our thing. The chair yoga was great!! I am a vinyasa yoga instructor. This style of yoga teaches the yogi how to transition smoothly from each asana (pose) by controlling his/her pranayama (breath). By practicing controlled breath and postures, the yogi builds mind and body strength.

I teach Tai Chi and yoga at retirement homes. I also do it at doctor's offices. I specialize in private classes for adults and children. I love what I do. I used to teach aerobics for years at Rockwell International in Dallas, Texas. I previously owned a Tae Kwon Do school, but I went on to study Tai Chi and yoga.
Emilee Bowen Yoga creates a space for every yogi, beginner or well-practiced, to explore their mind, body and spirit through asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breath). Emilee began practicing yoga just after graduating college as a means to escape the hustle and bustle of her career in the corporate world. At first, yoga was a great way to sweat out stresses and to find focus and clarity. Over time, she began to uncover the detoxifying and spiritual qualities of yoga. She realized that yoga gave her the ability to completely let go, to gain a deeper understanding of herself, and to find a connection to the community around her. The journey she encountered over the first few years of her practice left her enlightened, inspired and eager to dive deeper. Emilee's classes teach students of all levels alignment and foundation techniques for their practice with clear instruction and adjustments so that they may safely move into depth and flexibility with time. Emilee encourages all students to fall in love with their practice and to embrace the journey, wherever it may lead!
I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. I believe that yoga is an accessible practice to all ages and body types and with consistent practice, it is amazing the progress that your body and soul will make. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
My experience in movement has been for a lifetime. Trained as a dancer from an early age has been an asset to my career in movement. I draw from my many life experiences and bring that to my teachings. I have been recognized as an international instructor and in the media.
