Was looking for personal instruction as I restarted my yoga practice and came across Khaleyah on Thumbtack. She was very quick to respond with a quote and we scheduled my session. She was on time and led me through my requested Vinyasa flow. With her training and experience with Yoga One she is very knowledgeable. On top of that she is extremely friendly! Paolo is an amazing martial arts teacher. He as instructed me in Sanshou and Xing Yi styles. He also demonstrates a mastery of Pai Lum Dao Kung Fu as well as styles of Tai Ji and Bagua. I have also experienced his Iron Body training first hand. He is a master of teaching the basics, which are essential to the mastery of every style. Paolo is a scholar as well as warrior and has a deep philosophic understanding of martial arts practice and theory. Whether your aim is to become a physical or spiritual warrior. Shailee's experience in yoga and meditation techniques is quite impressive. It definitely shows her exposure to this field and how good she is at. But, what I was more impressed was that her ability to teach others. Lot of times, people are very knowledgeable in their respective field but are not able to convey it to others effectively. Not the case with her. I definitely learned a lot from her about yoga and meditation and look forward to continue expanding my knowledge in this field under her guidance. It's very enjoyable to learn from her and I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for beginner or intermediate level yoga practices.
