Our quotes are based on the level of difficulties and part cost. We do offer Senior Citizen Discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for a new customer would be to gather all there contact and address information along with the appliance make model and issue they are experiencing. Provide the customer additional information on our services and get them scheduled to be seen by a service professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training process we have is hands on with educational knowledge that has been provided by the Senior Technician who is highly skilled and qualified in the line of appliance repair/installation.
