I have taken a number of yoga classes with Indigo Light. Joni was awesome, my back issues have cleared up, and I'm feeling much better. I will continue to use Indigo for yoga to maintain better health.
I have taken two classes from the owner of Yoga Balance, Kelsey. In both classes there was a wide range of experience levels and Kelsey was great at managing this, providing a great experience for new and experienced yogis alike! Kelsey gives great suggestions and adjustments to help you get the most out of each pose. We focused a lot on hips, neck, and shoulders, and after both classes I felt much more open in all of these areas. Each class I have taken was slightly different - one was a flow style class and one was a bit slower which gave us more opportunity to get deeper into the poses. Both class styles were accessible for all levels due to Kelsey's wealth of knowledge and suggestions. I would highly recommend Yoga Balance for any type of yoga class - private, semi-private, or even larger group! You won't be sorry, and you will feel great!
Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to the practice of yoga. She developed a challenging a benificial training plan both during our training session and a daily practice when I’m at home. My body started to feel better immediately and within 2 months I was doing things I never thought possible! I completely recommend Nicole to anyone looking to get into yoga or expand their current practice!!!!
Veronica is an extremely knowledgeable yoga instructor. I had never taken any sort of yoga class before and was unsure of what to expect. Veronica has helped tremendously and her very personable and caring touch has made this an amazing first experience for me. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
I love the service!!! It is truly revolutionary. Finally personal training made easy and the trainers are awesome. Easy to use interface for anybody, all you do is select a time, select a location, pick a trainer, and you are all set. The team of trainers are comprised of knowledgeable experts all highly motivated to help you get back in shape. I have booked several trainers and always had a totally different experience then training with a trainer from a big box gym were I was often unhappy. Every single trainer came with high energy and a passion to really help me get back in a workout routine. Also the Kanthaka service team is super responsive and solely focused on providing you a great experience!!!

Was looking for personal instruction as I restarted my yoga practice and came across Khaleyah on Thumbtack. She was very quick to respond with a quote and we scheduled my session. She was on time and led me through my requested Vinyasa flow. With her training and experience with Yoga One she is very knowledgeable. On top of that she is extremely friendly!
