My pricing is fair for today's market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce myself and the name of our business. Find out the nature of their problem. Ask the brand name and model and serial number. Troubleshoot the problem and price the part or parts and labor. Correct and warranty work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out in D.C. in school for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. This was a year and half. Then i went to work at Circuit City in Richmond, VA for two years. I later went to school a HCC for two years. I then started an Appliance Service Company. I have thirty years experience in this field.
