I've worked with Isreal for almost 9 months now. As a client, I can honestly say the accomplishments towards my health and wellness goals have been amazing. Prior to joining Movement Fitness I was one of those people who worked out occasionally for a few months out of the year, but would constantly get frustrated by my lack of results. As a prior highschool athlete, I thought I knew what I was doing, but that I was just doomed to forever stay my same size. Dr. Olivier has a flexible schedule and is easy to work with. Our meetings are designed to be able to address all questions I may have, while she does some assessments and looks at some blood work to best address nutritional deficiencies I may have.
