• $100 nonrefundable Research & Planning Investment to begin. • Choose a Service Tier: Essentials $75 · Luxury $150 · Elite $300 (flat, not a % of trip). • Groups (6+ travelers): $100 group setup + $25–$50 per added guest for management. • Optional air ticketing/seat-monitoring: $25 per traveler. All fees are separate from supplier costs and help cover professional planning and support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery call to learn your style, dates, and budget. 2. Research & Planning Investment ($100) to build custom options. 3. You choose a Service Tier (Essentials $75, Luxury $150, Elite $300). 4. I secure reservations, deliver your itinerary/app access, and provide support through departure (and for Elite, while traveling).!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing supplier and destination trainings (tour operators, cruise lines, insurance), airline and GDS/booking platform experience, and operations/project-management expertise from my tech background—so your trip is both well-planned and well-managed.
