We thought we needed a new pump because our pump wasn’t running. Five other companies we spoke with were just going to come out and put in a new pump costing us several hundred dollars. But Poseidon Pools suggested it might just be a capacitor that needed changing out. Turns out, he was right!!!!! Saved us hundreds of dollars with a quick east fix! Also our salt cell has not worked for two years and none of the pool people we spoke with seemed to understand what the problem was with it not working. We asked Colin and again, he thought it just needed a small part replaced. He was right and our salt cell works perfect and our pool is the clearest it has ever been. We Trust this company and will use them for our pool service needs.

Chris had mercy on me. He found out how close I came to catastrophic failure this very harsh winter past. I had already replaced the pump, the filter, had the water lines cleaned out and had gotten a clean bill of health from my friend from LA. When the pump wouldn’t prime Chris showed me a tiny part of the pump that wouldn’t engage. He said if his supplier had the part which he was 99% sure he didn’t he would fix it free. Well his supplier did have the part ( first time in almost 15 years) and true to his word Chris had the pump fixed in 2minutes. I gave him $50 for gas and time. Honest as the Fay is long. Poseidon Pools and Chris get 6 of 5 stars. Everyone with a pool this is the one you have been looking for!
