Yuri was recommended to me from friend who Yuri was helping with her wedding as well. I was going to plan my wedding all the way from San Antonio as well as being a full time student. I knew that I was going need all the help I could get from someone that had all the wedding knowledge! From our first conversation, Yuri was easy to get along with and understood what I was needing and looking for. With that being said, she knew all the right vendors that would make our day as beautiful as it truly was. Yuri was always available when I needed her and that was so comforting to me. She was even there for emotional support! On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly. Courtney Shelton was the "Day Of" coordinator for our wedding on 10/10. She was everything I expected and more! During the days leading up to our wedding, she was always available via email/phone. She came to the venue to look around and really understand my vision. On the day of, she assisted the other vendors by keeping them all on the same page, kept an eye out on the food/alcohol, and altogether just aided with the flow of our ceremony and reception. I would recommend her services over and over again! She also does floral- and I highly recommend it!! Just beautiful!

Of all the wedding coordinators in DFW, I cannot imagine one that would be better to plan my only sister’s wedding than Lynn. She did an incredible job and was so calm and professional. The venue was awesome, the DJ kept things going, the food was great, and the cake was amazing. I don’t know how Lynn managed to pull it all together, but it was flawless and exactly what my sister wanted. I am so glad my sister used Lynn to plan her wedding, and I would recommend Fit & Fab Weddings to others.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Kristen was. I'm not going to lie -- my husband fought me on hiring a wedding planner. He thought we did not need one and we shouldn't worry about it. However, immediately after the wedding, as we were driving away, he said, "The best investment we made for this wedding was Kristen." Kristen made our day unforgettable. Everybody warned me that I would not remember a detail about my wedding day because I would be so preoccupied before and during the wedding. Kristen made sure to take all of the responsibility and details of the wedding into her own hand. She organized parts of the wedding that my husband and I did not know existed in a wedding. She made sure we were fed, our drinks were full, and that we were having fun. I would hire Kristen a thousand times again. She dealt with my crazy attitude, with my family, and even kept my husband's groomsmen in check. If you hire Kristen, you will be getting your moneys worth. She is amazing and I highly recommend her services!

I found Always n Forever via the Thumbtack process. I was very pleased with the quick response I received from Courtney and she contacted me to ensure that she understood the particular look that we needed for our floral package. Her quote was very detailed and her pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. As it got closer to the wedding, we needed to make a few changes (additions) and Courtney was very flexible, which made life a lot easier for us! Courtney's team arrived at the venue earlier than expected (a good thing), and worked until everything was perfect. We had a slight wind that day and they had to be very careful with the ceremony arch so that it would not blow over. They waited to do the outdoor arrangements until the end so that they would remain intact for the ceremony. Everything turned out beautifully and I have received several comments on how nice the flowers looked. My daughter was very impressed and excited about her bouquet! The succulents turned out really well and the pictures were gorgeous! I would recommend Always N Forever for any future weddings for my friends and family!

Wendy helped us plan our destination wedding at the beach. From the pre-planning, to the aftermath, she was amazing. She thought of things that hadn't even crossed my mind as we tried to figure out the logistics, she knew exactly where to be and how to help throughout the wedding, and went above and beyond in keeping everything organized on my big day while I went off to be pampered before the ceremony. Infinity love Wedding and Décor is "No. 1 Wedding Planner" because that is what she is...the number 1 wedding planner Multiple friends as their planner and after speaking with other planners in my area, we contacted Chanel and we are very happy we did! My (now) husband and I hired Chanel as our day-of coordinator for our February14th wedding and she was impeccable! She is easy to contact and easy to work with - she helps relieve the stress of the wedding planning process! There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Chanel being part of our special day. She is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. One example the photographer camera equipment got stolen, and instead of a big panic she got us another photographer at last minute and he did a wonderful job She is very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly. We hired Janelle just a few days before the wedding and we were so happy that we did! Se did a custom pkg for us that ended up being perfecdt for us. She had a package for set up and clean up, and we did that but we also added a few separate services. She put together all of our centerpieces, picked up my dress and helped with some other crafts that I hadn't finished. Withoug hiring her, I don't know if I would have walked down the aisle with my hair done or not! I only wish that I had hired her sooner!

What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
