Having Chef Cassy cater for you is like having a good friend whipping up an excellent meal for you in your own kitchen. Her absolutely delicious and flavourful food is paired with her warm and lovely personality. We hosted 12 couples from all over the world for a weekend, and wanted to provide them with some real Texas cuisine. Chef Cassy understood exactly what we were looking at and prepared three outstanding meals full of favourites like pulled pork and mac and cheese, plus her own creations such as her collard green won tons! She was a delight with my guests, and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed. Plus, she left my kitchen spotles! My only hesitation in recommending Chef Cassy is that I want to keep her all to myself!! If you want delicious, plentiful food and a real professional for your event, look no further!
We had a pool party and rather than standing at the grill and taking orders, we decided to have the 4th of July party catered. So, of course we came to Thumbtack and searched for a caterer and we found JaredPierre. We got a quote and then reached out to Chef JaredPierre who walked us through the options. We came to an agreement and yesterday the food was delivered right on schedule. Sadly we didn’t get to meet the chef in person, but the food was amazing. Delicious, hot, and fresh. As usual we over-ordered and had lots of leftovers that all the partygoers were thrilled to take home as care packages (we kept most for ourselves). Next party - Chef JaredPierre is our caterer!
omg!!! Everything she made was amazing and delicious!!! we ate all of it on the wedding even the cake.. lol.. i will definitely use her from now on to do birthday cakes and sweets.. i found my sweets chef.. :) cake pops, tarts, wedding cake, cookies and cupcakes were incredibly delicious. my guests loved her work and im with them. i have never tasted sweets like this in my life. they are like edible crack.. amazing. she came in on time, very professional and her set up was also beautiful. it was perfect. thank you so much.. my guests cant forget my wedding because of ur sweets..
Where do I begin?!? Brian is beyond fabulous! I had a small elegant birthday party for my dear friend and Brian suggested an intimate menu. It seemed extremely complicated to me, however he pulled it off with grace and beauty. Their were 3 men there who love to cook and Brian welcomed them into the kitchen and showed them some easy tricks for difficult dishes! They were so happy. We women could have cared less as we order reservations! None of us could understand why Brian is not the head chef of his own restaurant?!? If you are looking for someone who will prepare Horseradish Sake Tenderloin for most of your guest and then a beautiful Portbello stuffed mushroom for that one guest who is vegan and display your meal fit for Gordon Ramsey, you have your CHEF! He keeps the cost of the food to minimum while serving food so tender and delicious it literally quivers as your fork comes near. His personality is so precious that he would pop out of the kitchen every now and then with a joke as we were telling jokes like a stand up comedian! Everyone fell in love with him and one of my guests wanted to adopt him --- wife, children and all!! This chef loves his job with a passion and loves doing his job with a passion. If you are not happy, he is not happy. Brian is a chef you cannot afford to pass on----if you do for someone that may be a little less by maybe $100. or so----you will miss the quality, the show, the whole nine yards. Oh! The tasting for the event was outstanding. Such an amazing presentation on the plate of the entree. I was also impressed by the chef who took the time to serve us himself and give a detail description of the meal. Our sales contact Lisa was amazing as well very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely recommend them to others.
Her and her chef were very friendly and hard-working in order to tend to all of my prom group's needs. They were the excellent duo and the food was incredible. Everything was fresh and hot (if necessary.)

We had the luxury of hiring Chef Brett for our dinner party with friends. He was very entertaining, fun and informational while interacting with our guests. His food was sensational. He worked with us to figure out a menu for our event and even included wine pairings with our choices. He used our kitchen and cleaned up after himself. All in all it was such an exciting evening and event we plan to hire Chef Brett many more times in the near future.
